This book represents a doctoral research in the field of children’s literature, perhaps not familiar enough to the Romanian public. It is mainly addressed to specialists in the area of literature for the young ages and to those activating in the field of teaching English as a foreign language. n n It refers to three important American authors of children’s literature in the part related to literature, to children’s illustrations in the second part and to teaching English as a foreign language in the last part.
